Technical Specification

Steel Surfaces:

Remove all loose particles and chalking from the steel surface. The equipment should be degreased and blast clean to Swedish specifications Sis-05-5900-67.

Concrete Surfaces:

A concrete surface must be free of dirt, chalking, and grease. Wire bushing can be used to accomplish this. The acid etching process can be recommended after the residue acid is thoroughly cleaned out using high-pressure water hosing. To apply polymer based chemical protective coating, the surface must be completely dry and clean, as well as the ambient temperature should be over 5 degrees Celsius.

• Viscosity: 5 Poise At 23 Degree Celsius.
• Storage Life: Indefinite in sealed condition.
• Dry Heat Resistance:  Up to 75 degrees Celsius
• Pot Life: 0.5 To 1 Hour.

Method Of Application:

• The brush, roller, and plural feed airless guns can be used.
• Dip application is not recommended.
• Thinner No.9 must be used
